I would love to get this website tidied up and pumping (so to say). I started this site with a huge passion for quality across childcare, from workers to resources. I've finally had some time to sit and go through all my emails that I've saved and knew I wanted to look at. I came across this site that I joined last July but never actually looked into.</p> <p>My name is Natascha and I am from New South Wales. I am a room leader of the Nursery and act as 2IC when the Director is away. I have been in this position since last July. Before that I was a ACCWQ at a private pre-school for 8 1/2 years.</p> <p>I would love to see this site being used by much more Child Carers. Perhaps some sort of advertising to centres around Australia. We don't seem to have much in the way of forums for the Australian carers. I for one am always seeking advice from fellow workers. I hope we can get this forum really pumping and I know now I have realised I will be checking in regularly and hitting you with queries, feedback, advice, and general information about my experiences.</p> <p>Natascha :) </p>
