With all the centres that Mr Groves is making his billions out of, I find it quite surprising that most of them are under resourced, especially the preschool rooms. Yes the centres look good, and after all, the staff do spend part of their day doing their compulsory cleaning duties. Is he a billionaire becuase he is a good businessman or because he doesn't put back in what the parents put in?
